Homepie For Sale Sign and Smart Keybox Terms
By purchasing or renting a keybox, you agree to the following terms as applicable to your specific purchase:
Smart Keybox Rental \- If you chose the Smart Keybox Rental, you agree to return the keybox (at your expense) to the address provided below in the condition it was provided within 180-days of the date of this agreement, unless that time is extended in writing by Homepie. You can notify us that you are ready for removal, or request an extension at least 7-days before rental expiration date, by emailing your request to support@homepie.com. **You agree that the use of the keybox is done at your own risk, and you hereby indemnify and hold Homepie harmless for any losses or damages resulting from, or in connection with use of the keybox. You are responsible for any damaged or lost keybox.** **Additionally, if you do not return the Smart Keybox by the 180-day due date and in the condition it was provided to you, you understand you will be charge the full retail price of $199.95.**
Smart Keybox Purchase**\-** If you purchased the Smart Keybox, there is no need to return this item. This is a purchase for you to keep. **You agree that the use of the keybox is done at your own risk, and you hereby indemnify and hold Homepie harmless for any losses or damages resulting from, or in connection with use of the keybox. Homepie is not responsible for any damaged or lost Keybox. In the event of any issues with the Keybox, you must contact the manufacturer directly (subject to manufacturers warranty).**
Yard Sign and Post Rental**\-** If you chose the Yard sign and Post rental, you are being granted a rental of the sign and post for up to 180-days from the date of this agreement. You can notify us that you are ready for removal, or request an extension at least 7-days before rental expiration date, by emailing your request to support@homepie.com. You take full responsibility for any approval required by your city, community, or planned unit development. You also agree to notify us promptly when your sale is complete in order for us to arrange the pick-up of the sign and post. If at any time during the rental period, there is damage or theft of the sign or post, you agree to notify Homepie by emailing support@homepie.com along with photos and an explanation. **If notification is not made and either the post or the sign are not available for pickup within the rental period, then you agree to having Homepie charge you the full retail price of $149.95.**
Condo Sign Purchase**\-** There is no need to return this item, however you are responsible for obtaining Condo Association approval from any governing associations if located in a PUD or condominium complex, Homepie does not accept any responsibility.
**You hereby authorize Homepie to charge the credit card you have provided for the items you chose with your purchase, along with any additional charges that may be imposed if the other terms and conditions are not met at the time of return. Please note that some request to extend rental times may be subject to a charge, however a team member at Homepie will contact in writing you if you are subject to any additional or “out of normal service area” charges.**
